There’s always a catch, isn’t there

Behind its pale pink exterior, this two-bedroom unit in a well-maintained Hollywood bungalow court holds a newly renovated interior with laminate floors throughout and granite counters in the kitchen.

The “charming and cozy” residence’s lone bathroom has tile and a new bathtub, and even though the unit comes in at a modest 770 square feet, there’s still room for in-unit laundry and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

The bungalow is a short walk to the Vermont and Santa Monica Red Line station, and of course, that $299,000 price tag is especially nice.

But there’s a catch: The listing says that only all-cash offers will be considered for dwelling, making it seem pretty unaffordable once more.
